Cosmic Ouroboros

Erich Neumann has described the Ouroboros as a representation of the pre-ego "dawn state" - the undifferentiated infancy experience of both mankind and the individual child.

Here, I present Sir Roger Penrose's conformal cyclic cosmology theory as an Ouroboros of a panpsychic cosmos.

As the universe approaches its "heat death" state, all massive objects - including black holes - will eventually radiate away their mass through Hawking radiation. This gradual process leads to a state of extreme uniformity where mass and scale become effectively meaningless.

The key mathematical concept is what Penrose calls "conformal rescaling" - a transformation where the scale of the universe becomes irrelevant. In this view, the end of one cosmic "eon" becomes mathematically equivalent to the "dawn" of the next, but not through a traditional singularity. Instead, it's a geometric transition where the cosmic scale becomes indistinguishable from the quantum scale.
