Although I don’t always feel alienated and alone, or better said I feel like an alien at times that simply doesn’t belong it is a part of living with bipolar and cPTSD. Treatment is essential for me, combing both medicine and therapy. 

Bipolar 2 disorder is a mental health condition marked by mood swings between depressive episodes and hypomania, a milder form of elevated mood. Depressive episodes include low energy, sadness, and loss of interest, while hypomania involves increased energy, focus, or impulsivity. It requires ongoing management through therapy, medication, and self-care.

CPTSD - Complex post traumatic stress disorder is similar to it’s in that it is caused by experiencing trauma. For example car accidents, war, SA and so many other things can cause PTSD. The difference with complex is simply that it is trauma you’ve experienced over and over again over long periods of time.
