Juggernaut v9 Lightning
Kai Brickle ["Brickles"] is one of my favorite cybernetic characters. In some ways, she's as smart as a trained wolf. In a few ways, she's a genius.
Some might say the "idiot savant" describes her. However, she is wider spectrum in her aptitudes than many "idiot savants."
As a super-soldier, she's an expensive failure in that she's too nice. The most violent this living weapon usually gets is when she hunts for food. But how many wars are fought against squirrels, gophers, and quails?
Note: To her, dogs and teddy bears are people, too.
