Regardless, she legitimately WAS Indian royalty, and a woman to be admired; agents in her position had an average life expectancy of six weeks once assigned in enemy territory. Noor Inayat Khan was an Indian princess living in England, recruited as a radio operator for the Resistance in German occupied France during WWII. She was betrayed, and executed at Dachau on Sep 13, 1944.
