10% of all Jewish men have red hair. The ethnicity of the ancient Jewish population can only be speculated. We know that they most likely were dark-skinned however, with red hair, there was a percentage that must have been fair-skinned. I liked the way you got the papyrus. I may play with your prompt later when time permits. I couldn't get Jesus to hold a scroll so it ended up being a book.
