I dont know but the ai gets the images from something dont they . I think alot of art is likely some painters on deviant art or something

From what I have heard about AI, is that it can learn art styles from what they are allowed to analyze.  So to some extent you are right.  The content they create, however, is original. Even more so than a collage you make from cut-up magazines.  And as you'd likely expect, placement of objects is very formulaic.
