Question: why call a teenager who can act "only" 5 times as fast as normal a "speedster?" Even if her super-strength and endurance both lengthen her stride plus allow her to sprint for hours.
Answer: you try clocking 137 kph for 10 hours. Barefooted. In the worst parts of a metropolis.
Now try doing it without anyone getting suspicious.
