The Mighty Tempest

Role in the Story: In Balakian Folklore, Storm is responsible for watching over all Land, Sea, Nature, & Humanities progression. Storm is referenced in Operation Blacklight as a mythical character who highlights the theming & messages from the Balakian Foltakes. Much like how Greek mythology highlights modern culture & tells valuable stories. Storm will do the same.

Abilities: Atmokinesis (cannot manipulate anything Ice related). Zoolingualism. Hydrokinesis (only in the sense of pushing it aside or relocating it). Increased longevity. Aquatic Respiration. Aquatic Regeneration (Only is healed by the sea). Aerokinesis (Anything can be done with this).

Other: Storm’s powers are directly connected to his emotions or slight actions; breathing to hard can result in a large scale natural disaster. Overpowered but also overwhelmed by his strength. Can levitate/float by using wind currents to support his weight.
