Well this wasn't part of my plans!

She had given up on the "pool party" part of the day when she left that morning. It was a gamble this late in the season and while it was bright and sunny the cool temperatures would kill any pool activities she thought. But she was shocked to see the pool was opened and even had a few enjoying it on the cold afternoon. At first she avoided it, but after a while she made her way to the edge of rhe pool to watch the activities. It didn't take long for her to end up with her feet in the water getting her jeans and boots wet as she sat on the edge. Then it happened, a friend came over and asked if she wanted to get in. Before she realized what was coming out of her mouth, she heard herself say, "maybe." He smiled and asked, "Do you have something else to wear?" She shook her head and replied "no, but that's okay." "So you're ok with getting your clothes wet?" he asked, "even your jacket?" Her heart raced with excitement as she nodded and whispered, "Yes, pull me in!"
