Nice - I'd probably scrub the 'casualty' out and just have the cool red-haired man with his mysterious blood-spattered bag - with or without the Jeep.
I know you've had a go with several wounded folk, but the models really struggle with people lying on the ground - most of them look horrific. This is one of the better ones but he still looks fake. I've even chuckled at a few of your other creations - "Nah, mate - I can't fix that - you're toast!" sort of look to them, lol
