I get this scam twice a week, I've called the company four times telling them to quit sending me any more mail - It does no good. 

Spontaneous comeback that just came to my mind, maybe it would be worth at least the laugh to reply to one of those emails with: "Maybe you should check the quality of the product you sell _before_ making it the paying customer's responsibility to make sure it works as bought.

Once a model is made it can't be changed but you can change the dataset to make new models or just start over with a whole new dataset.
