Gogglin

Gogglins are known for their mischievous streak. They are pranksters of rivers and coastal towns, often leaping out of water to steal shiny trinkets or to splash unsuspecting travelers. Unlike Blippers, Gogglins display problem-solving intelligence, working together to distract and confuse predators—or unfortunate fishermen. Their goggles grant them heightened vision, even in magical darkness, which they use to stalk prey or watch adventurers from just beneath the water’s surface. Ancient river folk tell stories of Gogglins guiding lost sailors by reflecting moonlight from their lenses, though whether these stories are myth or truth remains debated.
