Thank you all for participating in the 38th Photorealistic Challenge -- and congratulations to the winners!

We had lower average votes this time because... many of the images were not photorealistic enough, and by now the challenge-goers judge a lot by this!

There is one problem, which I'll tell you about in all sincerity: the moderation icons are too small for me to reject images -- a rejection is always a big deal, which I don't like to do unless I'm ultra-sure. And, unfortunately, when the images then enlarge during voting, you can see that perhaps they should not have been allowed.

So I ask you: please 🙏🏻

A good rule of thumb is to ask yourself: ‘Would this image pass as a photograph if I posted it on my Instagram?’ If the answer is yes, then you're all set.

Excellent interpretations of the theme -- helped as we all are by now by the emergence of new checkpoints very focused on realism, our little challenge is becoming more and more beautiful and enjoyable to see, to vote on and to watch.

Stay tuned because the next one starts soon -- due to personal commitments, the timing will be more “stretched” this time, but I'm sure the quality will remain the same: very high.
