Her book rustled and she continued flipping through the pages. There actually were quite a lot of hand-written notes on the margins and inside the back cover now. On some pages, Clara's handwriting was overlapping the printed text so Ashildr had trouble reading it. I wonder if I am ever going to find the time to read the actual story in this book. she wondered.
On the other hand, if I don't find the tablet, I might as well have all the time in the world since I won't be leaving this time and place for a very long time... Come on, Clara, you wrote you were going back to where you found the tablet in the morning with your stolen codes. Which was actually very clever of you - so nobody could get down here. Where are your newest notes now?
She glanced up from the book, new thoughts dwelling in her mind. Could have someone viewed the security footage of Clara entering the code before? And who would have been skilled enough to install Nilian technology in 1925 in the first place?
