The air hums with gears and wonder. In the heart of Amsterdam’s old streets, the future glows behind glass : two chrome figures, almost human, almost holy. A small group of travelers stands before them, their eyes lifted in quiet awe. Around them, the city is a tangle of brass pipes, flickering lamps, and drifting smoke; steampunk and sky-fi intertwined like memory and invention. Above, a ship floats through the haze ... Not a vessel of war, but of curiosity. Time feels layered here: 1880 and 2180 breathing the same mist. The tourists don’t take photos; they simply look, as if witnessing the moment humanity began to dream in both flesh and steel. I am deeply moved by this vision :I love how it captures the nostalgia of progress, the poetry of invention seen through the eyes of wonder. Have a very nice day , Alina Ross!
