Today’s morning run and plunge … so the outfit of a wetsuit was chosen .. wades into the water the coldness hitting .. soon this will be a real challenge .. but for now I can swim in the river a little way as the recent rain has refreshed it .. come winter it will no doubt be tough swim but a challenge to try .. so today Lucy is still away .. I’ll need to be out of uniform as we are due some deliveries and the architects are due to check on the cellar grotto to measure up for the underground indoor waterfall will work ! Dives in oohhhhh that was cold on my chest!
