Behavior: The Dream Walker exists outside the rules of both the dream world and the waking world. It can manipulate time and space with terrifying precision. As the player’s sleep meter fills, the world around them becomes increasingly unstable, and the Dream Walker warps the dreamscape into horrific visions. The player is no longer safe in any environment, as the Dream Walker can appear anywhere, at any time, phasing in and out of the dream world.
The creature can directly attack the player’s mind, causing hallucinations so vivid that the line between dream and reality disappears. It can twist the dream world, causing objects to come to life and creating illusions of safety only to trap the player in endless loops of horror. The only way to escape is to sever the Dream Walker’s connection to the dream, a task made near impossible by the creature’s overwhelming influence over the dream realm.
