Photomek

Photomeks are hunters and stalkers. They linger in the shadows, recording everything they see with their eerie head-mounted lens. They are territorial, more aggressive than their Lumini kin, and often stalk humanoids for days before attacking. Scholars debate whether they are “filming” their victims or harvesting memories, as slain bodies sometimes have faint scorch marks around their eyes as though their sight was pulled from them. They communicate with eerie static screeches, and some bards have claimed to hear whispered voices in their noise—as though the machines replay what they’ve seen.
