This is a crazy weird picture. What inspired it?

Made about a year ago on Bing Image Creator, so I don't really remember! But I do remember a few times I put something about "vat of jello" in prompts cause I like the texture... Dalle2 had a more grotesque look than what they have now with Dalle3
