Every time I try to do something like this my prompt gets blocked and it's not on safe mode

Sounds frustrating. Have you checked the settings in your profile? There is a safety setting there, too. Some models are more prone to block certain prompts. I mostly use Boltning and Atomix. Fluently sometimes works. Dreamshaper often “censors” the image by adding clothing. Take one of my prompts and use the same model. See how it goes. Good luck and let me see the result 😉

As far as I know, NightCafe can't do seamless patterns, although perhaps I'm mistaken. I'm not a paid subscriber so there could be a model that can do it that I don't know about. Nice image anyway.
