Scrooge was ~33 when he made his first million, unless I'm getting his time-line messed up. I loved Duck Tales growing up, and The Life and Times of Scrooge McDuck by Don Rosa is fantastic. 
I've not seen the new Duck Tales, one day maybe I'll give it a viewing.
