Cartoon Style Animal Couples

An armored knight equipped with a net and man-catcher (for capturing criminals, without harming them).  The doves have been enlightened or enchanted such that they recognize criminal activity.  When they notice such activity, they notify a peacekeeper and lead him to the scene of the crime so that peace can be restored.

Originally developed for the daily challenge, but apparently the image does not qualify.  Trying to figure out why so I can participate in the future.
