First of all this is a great image. Very captivating. Piercing eyes.

That said I wonder what the model acted upon to create this image?

“Medium shot.” - ummmm, no. This is definitely a closeup.
Handsome 25 year old Irish chav man - check
with abs - how would I know?
and with short hairstyle - check
outdoors in winter, - check
sweat-drenched. - ummmm, no again. There’s a slight shine but ‘drenched’ no.
Candy and casual shot, subject unaware of camera. - definitely not. He’s stating straight into the lens 
Strong contrasting shadows on chiseled facial features, accentuating sharp jawline and piercing eyes. - definitely check.

So, on the merits of meeting the objectives this scores a 50%. In the US a 50% score is a failing grade. Don’t get me wrong. Great, great image. Smoldering (which we can’t use in a prompt) but much of the work does not correspond with the brief.
