It's not easy being different, especially for a once very popular girl. Even more problematic is maintaining your balance when you start sprouting tentacles.

The neat (but really creepy) part is that she can retract a few tentacles before having some control where they erupt from. This is a trifle hard on her wardrobe -- which is a major understatement. Then there's this garment, which rather came with the tentacles. How that works... Well, she hasn't a clue!

But, hey, her tentacles don't permanently damage it. And it reminds her that she was almost a professional gymnast. Besides, it's not like she can blend in anymore.

So... She's fast. There are these silly tentacles. And not only her "uniform?" regenerates! ...but why couldn't she just have acne...??
