Very nice image composition! Unfortunately, not the whole surface is mosaic. Try to develop the image further with "Only a mosaic of ... " at the beginning. (e.g. in my case "... of small glass fragments" or other material.) I had success with this for area-wide mosaics incl. the water and the corals.
