What strikes me about this is that the ghost also looks scared. As if he and the girl are good friends, watching a movie together, or whatever it is that they are doing? (Normally, when a girl is scared, and there's a ghost in the room at the same time, I would assume the ghost had frightened the girl. This goes in a different direction, leaving a mystery regarding just has them so concerned.)
