DND Series: Shadesteel Golem (Monster)

The Shadesteel Golem is a formidable, stealthy construct made from matte black metal forged on the Plane of Shadow. Standing 7 feet tall and weighing about 1,500 pounds, it appears almost weightless as it floats silently. It has a skeletal frame with a mist filling the hollow spaces and a skull-shaped head. Shadesteel Golems are often mistaken for undead due to their shadowy appearance and silent movement. They are used as hidden guardians, paired with more obvious deterrents. In combat, they can emit a negative pulse wave, dealing significant negative energy damage to living creatures and healing undead. They can blend into shadows, gaining concealment in any illumination other than full daylight
