Main thing is to find a source of around 50 to 100 images that have the style that you want, either from a particular artist or set of artists, or possibly from another AI Art (I got mine from using Bing Image Creation, which is free 15 credits per day of DALL-E-3, but its pretty restrictive for content).  Download those images locally to your device. Then you need to be a PRO user on Night Cafe, and you go to "My Models" tab and create a "Data Set" where it lets you upload all those images and tag them with text descriptors that say what the image is and what kind of style it is. After that, you create a LORA (private model) from that same My Models tab, by associating it with the data set(s). That takes time (about 30-60 minutes) but it notifies you when its done. Then you have to USE that model to generated a bunch of images, I think 12 to 15 or so. And publish them. Then you can submit your private model to become a public Community LORA model. Hope this helps.
