Monica Winters, is a Police woman who works her beat, while out on patrol with her partner, they stubble upon a drug meeting between cops and local criminals, they are caught, they are left for dead, Monica was able to survive, but her partner wasn’t, Monica is now out for revenge, she mails in her badge and a post it message saying she is coming for them all. Monica now hunts the cops and criminals who killed her partner and stop their operation. Taking the law into her hands.
