DND Series: Lhosk (Monster)

A lhosk is a formidable creature that stands 6–7 feet tall and weighs approximately 1,000 pounds. It features the upper body of a black-furred gorilla and the lower body of a large, hairy spider. With eight spider legs that cover a ten-foot diameter area and a spider portion that is about three feet tall, the lhosk is both imposing and nimble. It has two arms like a normal gorilla, often equipped with belts and tools indicating its intelligence.

Lhosks live in small, nomadic groups within jungle environments, building temporary shelters and constantly moving in search of food. They are wary of other races but not inherently vicious, using their webs to set traps and question intruders rather than attacking outright. However, they defend their territory fiercely if provoked, especially if their females and young are threatened.
