Thanks to everyone (all 541 of you) for your participation in this “legendary” Feminine Portraits & Artwork challenge in **The Femmenomenal Chat**. The wide variety of subjects and artistic styles and themes were truly delightful, and I applaud all of your wonderful displays individual talent and eye for feminine character. Arkelon and I certainly hope that all of you had as much fun and enjoyment with us here and checking out one another’s images during voting. Definitely events that the story would benefit from showing. Dramatic, formative and powerful!

For a moment, Kedemar looked as if he might strike Jonin. Jonin, seeing his reaction, grinned with twisted glee. And then Kedemar spoke, his voice as cold as ice. “You have seen your last sunrise, Jonin. You are wanted by the crown, and in all provinces for your crimes. By your own lips you have been declared guilty. I therefore sentence you to hang until dead. You will die within the hour.” He pronounced judgement so calmly, so chillingly, that everyone in the room knew a sudden moment of fear of the young lord. Jonin blanched, and turned to appeal to Nat. “Natalya, please…!” She reacted as if he had struck her, pressing close to her husband. “Go hang, Jonin.” She replied coldly. “Haeil, see to it.” Kedemar ordered. Haeil nodded and dragged Jonin away. The criminal struggled and shouted furious curses the whole way out. Nat turned to Kedemar, concern for her husband in her eyes. “You will go watch?” She asked. He kissed her, and she reciprocated eagerly. “I must.” He replied tiredly.

(whisper .. i was triggered to use this song for the contest because i saw a Dall-E creation a few hours before the Challenge came up .. pity i do not remember who did that one)
