Ponyachsea- the legendary fire/water Pokemon

Once, a mysterious man on cinnabar Island was fired from the science lab for reasons unknown and became a recluse in his own makeshift lab somewhere not far from Moltres's roost. Legend has it that pokemon trainers who are able to find him bring them their funniest jokes, and each year , whoever has the best joke is rewarded with an egg-the result of high leveled female Ponyta and male Horsea, that he only breeds once a year in some mysterious process that produces the semi-legendary Ponyachsea
