A towering firbolg stormwatcher with moss-gray hair and calm, river-dark eyes that flash like distant lightning when truth gets sharp. His cloak is weathered and stitched with faint silver lines like pressure maps, and a belt of glass vials clinks softly at his hip, each holding a tiny, unsettled sky. He speaks in low forecasts instead of threats, pausing as if listening to wind only he can hear. Fog seems to gather near his footsteps, and the air tastes of rain when he enters a room. He offers warnings no one wants, then stays long enough to help rebuild, leaving before dawn so the storm does not learn his habits.

He carries a Squallglass
which is a miniature storm contained in glass. It reacts to:
lies (spins counterclockwise)
impending violence (taps the glass like knuckles)
magic nearby (brief flashes like sheet lightning)
