Anarchy for the UK (or The Invention of the Self-Sustaining Umbrellas)

There's a place, near Bristol (more or less), where in 2051 someone patented the self-sustaining umbrellas. No need to have sticks anymore, nossir.

Problem was, the inventor lived in the Gobi Desert, so he had to move to old rainy Britainland in order to test his revolutionary apparel -- an object that would change forever the attitude of humans, who in time will become less prone to impatience and grumpitude.
