Hello, I have anxiety and maybe spearmint anxiety since 3 years ago . I haven't really noticed it was anxiety until now and it was a bit... I can't describe it. It kinda explains a lot about me, since I have a habit of feel unloved when I'm alone. Also, when I'm too nervous to make new irl friends. And the worrying I feel lot so yea.
