Does she jump in?

The evening seemed to be going no where. Everyone had gathered at the rooftop pool that looked out over the city but no one could decide what to do or wear to go next. She sat on the chair staring out at the pool and the city below. She knew what she wanted to do if no one else was going to decide. She sat there listening to everyone arguing then finally got up and walked away from the group, over to the edge of the pool. She looked out across the water to the view of the city below. The view from in the pool looking over the edge was delightful and she knew the water was warm. She looked back over her shoulder to see if anyone had watched her walk away. Would they miss her if she stayed here? She smiled mischievously as she thought about the reaction she might get if the others heard a sudden splash. How was jer night going to be she wondered as she stood there at the edge of the pool.
