Tiffany, A kunoichi student of mine.

She just finished her morning home ninjutsu training of many kata forms and archery in her own back yard.

She trains to perfect herself two hours a day. She is very self disciplined.

She told me, "Shidosha, I like this far more than my pilates. It's just far more beneficial. Im surprised more women arent doing this!"

She hit ten bullseyes today in her archery training. She has learned sticks and staff and katana skills that she never thought she could do.

But now, its time for a light breakfast. True story.
