Kali Neelam ["Black Sapphire"] the calm before the storm

Kali Neelam does not have the range to be able to directly control the weather. Yet she can take advantage of it. In this image, she's about to resemble a lightning rod.

While her powers involve both gravity and electromagnetism, she cannot completely separate the two effects. This is especially true of her telekinesis -- which makes it dangerous to both electrical devices and living things.

By generating strong winds, or manipulating electrical insulators, she can more safely move things -- including people. The risk is never zero.
