Not sure what your position is, but I've abstained from refined sugar for over five years now and feel the healthiest ever. It's an addictive drug and one largely wrought from slave-like labor. Love the raspberries in this image. I use fresh and dried fruit for a more complex-carb "sugar" and this has helped me be healthy and happy to a larger extent than before abstaining from refined sugar, I am convinced. Just saying <3
