This was the camp called Rimmon-Perez. The people had just gone with their own thinking and lost their opportunity. However , the purpose of this New direction was two things: yes , learn that it's contrary to reject the WORD given, but also to begin valuing the fact that the WORD is given for a purpose . Here, two people that did listen were changed and yet followed to this next place. Rimmon Perez-means "Bursted pomegranate" which reflected the state of their hearts. The three here,know of the goodness of Trusting , so they are comforting the people who are deeply saddened. Comforting them to understand " hey, even though it's invisible, it's able, so when we hear the WORD,let's just accept it and watch, move, and be made New" It's not an end to destruction here. It's mercy that loves so much that it's going down to meet the hearts where they are,in the midst of the shattered thoughts of who they thought they were. I have personally experienced Rimmon Perez-:)
