Sorry for the horrible pun.
A bicycle with a large cargo bed is sometimes referred to by the Dutch name bakfiets. Bak = container/bowl and fiets = bicycle.
Brak is Afrikaans (and maybe Dutch too) for a mongrel dog, and often an affectionate term for a dog in general.
