On some points, this image is a far cry from the prompt. But I'm glad because it offers an alternative to my original ideas about her fashion aesthetic. Originally, I'd likely never would've envisioned her dressing like this of her own accord.

That stated, as her mental health improves, it is conceivable that she could put this look together on her own -- if she didn't have to purchase any piece of this outfit.

In other words, her outfit does not match her original fashion aesthetic. Yet it could match what her fashion aesthetic evolves into.
