Was thinking about building this, twenty years ago! That is as a small art-studio-sized house. Next to or across a Creek in our foothills. But more critical, and long term, thinking prevailed. As the Creek does on occasion flood, and the Tortoise House project would have been too expansive, particularly the gov't regulatory overhead!
