A Spiritist Wizard of the purple order

In Warhammer Fantasy, Purple Wizards are practitioners of the Lore of Death, drawing their power from Shyish, the Wind of Death. They specialize in draining life force, foreseeing doom, and commanding spectral energies. Their magic is grim and inevitable, often manifesting as ghostly apparitions, soul-stealing vortexes, and necrotic blasts that age or wither their foes.

They are trained at the College of Amethyst Magic in Altdorf and are known for their somber demeanor, deep purple robes, and skull-adorned staves. Unlike necromancers, they do not raise the dead but instead guide souls to their final rest—often by hastening their enemies' demise.
