Elvena, The Archer (with Lore, Part II)

The anger and disrespect was evident in her voice, and King Roland took notice. "I will not be shown this level of respect," He toned, "And I will see to it that you do NOT ever use a bow, regardless of how mature or strong you become!" Seething with anger, they both stormed off.

That night, Elvena ran from the castle and fled into the forest. After hiding out for a few days, surely her father would soften up, she reasoned. As she settled under a tree, she realized the forest was much more intimidating in the dark...

After surviving the night, Elvena woke up to the noise of birds chirping and the sound of wood being cut. She stretched and brushed herself off, and looked around her. Leafy green and brown surrounded her all around (it was the middle of summer), making it impossible to tell where she was or where she had come from...
