This is a project I have had in mind for a very long time. Although I would like to do it differently, Wagner's Tetralogy (and the Norse Mythology it draws on) is too vast for me to cover it in one day and in chronological order.
That is why I have created a collection specifically for this -->
I could only begin with Brünnhilde, who is not only the favorite daughter of Wotan.... but is also the name of one of my cats 😊

Brünnhilde is the leader of the Valkyries and the most prominent character in the Ring cycle.
She is Wotan's favorite daughter and his most loyal servant, until she disobeys him to protect Siegmund and Sieglinde, the twins who are Wotan's grandchildren.
For this act of defiance, Wotan punishes Brünnhilde by stripping her of her godhood and putting her to sleep on a mountain surrounded by fire, until a hero can awaken her.
She later becomes the lover of Siegfried, Siegmund's son, and plays a crucial role in the final opera, "Götterdämmerung" (Twilight of the Gods).
