Not easy, one of the trick I use is I do a 1st preparatory "sketch" using Stable Diffusion 1.5 (I found it more versatile than the ver. 2) I tweak the prompt, the parameter(s)until I am satisfied enough to evolve it, then I pray the evolution will not mess up around, like extra limb, fingers, something missing etc. then, 1) the result is good or amazing, I still do some extra creation to see what happened next. 2) something is wrong, then I use stable inpainting 2.0 and try to "fix" the creation, this is very random, you can got the expected result at the 1st try, some time you can tweak around and it become worst. In the last case you have a decision to make, you throw it and create a new image from the start, or you choose the less worst fixed image and keep evolving with SD1.5 or you choose one of the paid option and use a lot of credit until you are satisfied...or no. Using negative prompt may help, not always. But I do believe you already knew
