One of the most heartwarming scenes from the blockbuster film sensation Paprika originated with two pages from the original storybook. The first, replicated here, shows Paprika, huddling forlornly in a cave, her cloak heavy with melted snow, looking around the cave for some glimmer of hope to take her mind off her desperate situation. What she saw next touched the hearts of millions of movie-goers.

I can't tell you how much I so love these storybook images, Strug. They absolutely bring me joy. 🥰🥰

I was just listening to a podcast that lamented the decline in collaborative artforms in the modern era. They're right. It's a real source of happiness and meaning :) It puts a big smile on my face to know you enjoy these.

That moment that touched the hearts of so many - at her darkest moment, when Paprika had braved the blizzard and found a cave to shelter in,  she miraculously found an acoustic guitar. This remarkable scene spoke to our generation; it told of the power - even when on the verge of collapse - of creativity, music and joy - and above all,  hope. And isn't that a message we need now more than ever?

We all remember the scene in the movie, but this is the second of two pages in the storybook that inspired this heartwarming episode.
