Border Town Bersilius (Conceptual Design)

Perhaps I should update this to be more autumn-themed, as it is supposed to be at the bottom of snowy mountains, or at least fairly close to that point.

Not far from the Cliffside Cathedral is Bersilius, a border town on the far northern part of the same river that Oestridel sits on (a branch of the river comes southeast through the mountains and they combine, eventually leading down to Oestridel).

Bersilius was designated as a small riverside town that would be visited shortly after the Cathedral, but my plans have now changed, so I'm not sure when it will happen. But its set deep in a valley below far taller mountains, at the border river of two separate nations.

Note: If this river is facing south, there shouldn't be snowcapped mountains in the background... it could make sense if it was facing north at the town is on the east side of the river, but the town is technically supposed to be on the west side of the river...
