Finally she was taking a break! The hotel had been crazy and she was starting to regret offering to cover the front desk for the day. She headed down the hall to find someplace quiet to de-stresd and realized as she passed the pool that it had never been opened that morning. She let herself in to investigate and as she got to the edge she realized a deck chair was at the bottom of the pool. She looked around, spied the rescue hook and pulled the chair to the steps. She couldn't quite reach it so she stepped down on the steps and pulled it on to the deck. She turned to step back onto the deck then looked down. She forgot about her long skirt. Her boots had kept her feet dry but the bottom of her skirt was wet. She thought for moment then turned around and stepped deeper into the pool. She paused again then dove under and swam to the other side of the pool and climbed out to sit on the edge. Eventually she headed back to work, loving how her skirt and top felt and her squishy wet boots.
